This project involved the comprehensive renovation of the existing Oneida High School / Middle School campus, along with the addition of a new 21,000-square-foot gymnasium and a 12,000-square-foot cafeteria to support expanded academic and athletic programs.

Public safety was a primary consideration throughout the project, with construction activities carefully planned and sequenced to maintain safe school operations. The football stadium was rebuilt in phased stages to avoid disruption to practice schedules, with all games temporarily relocated off campus to allow construction to be completed efficiently.

Through detailed coordination and strategic scheduling, stadium improvements were completed within a 120-day timeframe. The completed project modernized the campus, enhanced student amenities, and improved athletic facilities while maintaining continuity of school operations.
