Ward-Humphrey General Contractors completed the restoration and expansion of the Army National Guard SOAR Building in Griffin, Georgia, delivering a mission-critical facility for the Georgia Army National Guard.

The project included the comprehensive restoration of the existing building, with upgrades such as new HVAC systems, renovated restrooms, new flooring, offices, and interior finishes. In addition, Ward-Humphrey constructed a new multipurpose building with full interior build-out, including electrical, HVAC, drywall, and paint.

Site improvements included the addition of an underground retention pond and grading to accommodate a new parking lot, supporting improved functionality and long-term site performance. The project was delivered on schedule with zero change orders, reflecting careful planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish.
