Ward-Humphrey General Contractors completed the construction of new multipurpose and storage buildings for the Georgia Army National Guard at the SOAR facility in Tifton, Georgia.

The project included reinforced concrete spread and strip footings, slab-on-grade construction, a structural steel frame, and a metal panel building envelope. Interior build-out featured full electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, along with gypsum board walls, paint, and flooring to support operational and support functions.

Designed to meet the demands of a mission-critical environment, the new facilities provide durable, efficient spaces tailored to National Guard operations. This project reflects Ward-Humphrey’s experience delivering specialized military facilities with a focus on quality construction, technical coordination, and long-term performance.
