Ward-Humphrey General Contractors completed the construction of a new multipurpose facility for the Georgia Army National Guard at the SOAR site in Toccoa, Georgia.

The project included reinforced concrete spread and strip footings, slab-on-grade construction, a structural steel frame, and a metal panel exterior envelope. Interior build-out featured full electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire suppression systems, along with gypsum board walls, paint, and flooring to support operational and support functions.

Delivered on schedule, the facility provides durable, efficient space designed to meet the demands of a mission-critical environment. This project reflects Ward-Humphrey’s experience delivering high-performance military facilities with a focus on quality, coordination, and schedule certainty.
