Ward-Humphrey Construction is a full-service General Contractor headquartered in Marietta, Georgia. We were founded by Stanton Ward, Mike Humphrey, Carrie Myers, and David Neff. This team with a combined construction experience of over 75 years has committed to build Georgia’s premier Government General Contractor. In an arena where customer satisfaction has not always been the driver of most companies, Ward- Humphrey plans to thwart this stereotype by exceeding customer expectations and always “Keeping our Commitments!” We strive to be a company where our clients are excited to work with us and where our employees enjoy coming to work each day.

Executive Team
- Carrie Myers
Carrie has a Business Management degree from Kennesaw State University and has been in Construction since graduating in 2000. First with Home Depot and then with a commercial general contracting company. Carrie worked in operations, training, store safety, sales and management with Home Depot for 6 years before joining a commercial general contracting company. Carrie’s roles with the commercial general contractor have included accounting, recruiting/hiring/ training, estimating, project management and operations. She constantly searches for the most innovative ways to serve her co-workers and clients. She is always focused on projects being completed on time and at the highest quality.
- David Neff
David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from Auburn University in 1991 and has been in the construction industry every since. He began his career with White & Associates and then worked with Highwoods Properties where he gained valuable experience in commercial construction and development. In 1999 he joined the offices of Neal Loia as a Project Manager and then move to KR- Witwer in 2003 as the Vice President. In 2017 David moved to Craftsmen Business Interiors where he manages a team of project managers on all types of commercial projects. David’s experience includes commercial offices, high-rise multi-family, banks, office warehouse, medical, retail, restaurant, and school & government.
- Mike Humphrey
Mike graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Technical Institute in 1984. He has 35 years of construction experience in the Metro Atlanta market. Beginning as a resident engineer with a construction management start- up, he has worked as a field superintendent, estimator, project manager and owner. Mike understands the critical importance of customer service and assures that it is the foundation of Ward-Humphrey.
- Stanton Ward
Stanton graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. Shortly after graduating, Stanton obtained a Field Engineer position with a national government general contractor. His experience there laid the foundation for his career, as he learned sound fundamentals of project management and gained a vast array of government construction experience. Prior to founding Ward-Humphrey, Stanton was working for a local G.C. start-up. With this company, he contributed to a revenue growth of over 300% in just over three years while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Although he greatly enjoyed working there, The opportunity to join an exceptional team with Mike Humphrey, David Neff, and Carrie Myers in starting a new company could not be passed.
